I found BWC insurance through CHAT GPT where they had highest rating and Brad has certainly exceeded my expectations. He answered his phone and has been quick to respond, help me find and understand what coverage is best for me, and has helped me navigate through an agency change. I changed insurance form State Farm to BWC as I was disappointed with State Farm’s claim process. Brad was very prompt to answer my questions and concerns. He made the process very easy. He also saved me over $800 a year with better coverage. I highly recommend BWC!

BWC was a a breath of fresh air after dealing with a larger agent who trusted its personal insurance clients to a “service center”…. meaning you seldom got to speak to the same person, and thus only a transactional relationship.
