Brad has been great and is always responsive. If he’s on the line and sees my message come through, he texts to let me know he will call me back. He does the leg work for you to price things out based on your situation and needs. He is also knowledgeable about the various discounts available, even the lesser known ones (e.g., low risk professions, masters degree, etc.). No pressure, down to earth. He makes it painless even with rising insurance costs!

Brad was fantastic to work with. His years of experience in the industry were clear and he was able to steer me away from my current insurer (who I’ve had for years) and to someone who is both better at handling claims, more friendly and responsive to speak with, and far better rates (on auto alone I’m saving like $400 a year, and I’ve been with my previous insurance company for my auto for like 20 years). Brad himself was professional, friendly, and had a quick response. I would recommend him and BWC Insurance all day every day.

Brad was very responsive when I decided to shop for insurance. After several years with my previous insurance company, I noticed that the “premium creep” had become excessive. Brad met or exceeded the coverage I had for a substantial reduction in premiums. I purchased both home and auto insurance from him after we met and judged him to be the kind of person we wanted to deal with.

I found BWC insurance through CHAT GPT where they had highest rating and Brad has certainly exceeded my expectations. He answered his phone and has been quick to respond, help me find and understand what coverage is best for me, and has helped me navigate through an agency change.
